my perspective

Our individual essence, our unique inner light, is a powerful and healing force.

Uncovering and expressing our essence is a great gift, both to ourselves and the world. Yet when we deny our wounds and emotional pain, we become separated from our innermost source.

Both on a personal and collective level our suffering leads us to shy away from the truth and alienate the wounded parts of us.

We remain in defense - against ourselves, each other, and life - and cut off from the love and goodness that is within and all around us. Love and goodness, however, are the ultimate truth of who we are.

As a practitioner, I devote myself to creating a sacred, unconditional space that is all for you.

In this space, you can meet yourself anew and heal in safety and peace. In my view, your energy field and your consciousness are two interlinked expressions of the same reality, that when supported together, have the power to increase your momentum on the healing journey.

As a Brennan Healing Science Practitioner, I work within a four-dimensional model in which we simultaneously exist in the physical dimension, in the dimension of our human energy field or aura, in the dimension of intention or hara, as well as the dimension of essence, our core star or inner source, which is always perfect, whole, and free and knows no dis-ease or negativity.

my journey

Healing and connection have always been my compass.

Growing up, I yearned for deep contact with the people around me. I was surrounded by many, yet I felt alone. Over time, I lost connection with my core essence. I learnt to exchange approval for love - a vicious cycle that separated me further from myself. 

Yet, I always felt drawn to the greater questions in life. Why are we here? What is my purpose? How can I create inner joy and peace?

I explored spiritual teachings in the hope of finding answers. I couldn’t see my own strength, I didn’t value my own authority, and I didn’t believe in my innate goodness. This led me to a spiritual crisis that broke me open and enabled me to see deeply into myself, where all the answers to my questions were waiting.

Beneath my armor and pain, I discovered my unique essence and gifts.

On my journey, my fascination with healing and deep connection first led me to social work, where I served people with severe mental health challenges; then the veterinary field, where I experienced the profoundness of subtle communication.

Deepening into the healing arts, I trained in Massage Therapy, Usui Reiki, as well as Angelic Reiki. My path culminated in four years of rigorous, in-depth training at the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Florida and my study of Biodynamic Touch.

Today, I am in awe of the perfection of life and the divine precision behind all that is. Everything is here to teach us. We are a living gift to ourselves, continuously evolving on our journey of becoming. Today, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else but right here, in the middle of my life, with the opportunity to reflect to you your own goodness.

my joys

I am a person of many passions. Some have stayed with me forever, some come and go as the tides.

I have always held a deep reverence for our Mother Earth, and am a grower and maker of herbal medicine and a connoisseur of trees and bird song. I am adept at chicken keeping and catering to felines. 

I am infatuated with music of all kinds, from ancient to spoken-so-fast-you-can-barely-understand-it. I love to sing, especially with others.

I love to express myself artistically with my hands, be it playing the harp or knitting and sewing my own clothing.

My latest passion is fiction writing. I have just completed my first fiction novel and know intimately the up and downs of the creative life. 

I've been married for over 25 years and have two teenage children who helped me realize what truly matters to me: connection, authenticity, and striving to see the other through the eyes of love.
